What do you need from me for setup?
We’ll need: A flat, clean, free of pet waste and any trash surface (grass, turf, or concrete). Access to power within 50 feet (we will provide an extension cord). Adult supervision at all times. We will not set up on any gravel, rocks, brick, area(s) with pet waste and/or dirt surface.
Can I decorate the bounce house?
You may personalize your bounce house unit with balloons only. Signage or any custom signage is not permitted to be taped/placed/glued on to nor attached to the unit at any point prior or during duration of event. You may place custom signage around the equipment as long as it is not flammable and does not puncture or damage the unit in any way. To keep our modern inflatables in top condition, please note the following conditions will apply: 1. We must receive notice at least 72 hours (3 days) before your event if you plan to add any balloon decorations or styling. 2. If you’re working with a styling or balloon vendor, they must be present during our setup so we can coordinate placement and ensure all additions are safely attached without damaging the equipment. 3. No decorations may be added or attached to the bounce house unit AFTER our team has completed setup and left the property. This includes taping, gluing, pinning, or tying anything directly onto the inflatable. IMPORTANT: Any unapproved decorations or post-setup alterations that cause damage to the unit will result in a repair fees or entire equipment replacement fee. We’re always happy to work with your decorator or provide safe styling recommendations so your setup looks flawless and stays within our safety and equipment guidelines.

Can adults jump too?
Adult participation is not automatically permitted and is subject to the terms outlined in your signed rental agreement. While some of our units can physically accommodate adult weight limits, adult use is ONLY allowed if explicitly approved in advance by Bevibe Bounce and noted on your booking. APPROVED ADULT CAPACITY (if authorized): -13x13 Modern Bounce Houses (The Classic + The Blossom) ***Up to 600 lbs combined, max 2 adults at a time. -16x13 Premium Bounce House with Slide + Ball Pool (The Cloud) ***Up to 800 lbs combined, max 3 adults at a time. You must notify us prior to your event if adults will be participating. Unauthorized adult use is strictly prohibited. IMPORTANT SAFETY & LIABILITY: If adult use is approved, all participation is at your own risk and must remain light, controlled, and within all stated limits. THE FOLLOWING ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED: -Rough play, wrestling, or aggressive bouncing. -Flips, tumbling, or acrobatics Hanging, climbing, or sitting on walls/netting. -Exceeding weight or capacity limits. By allowing any adult participation, the renter agrees: -To assume full responsibility and liability for all users. -To enforce all safety rules at all times. -That all risks associated with adult use are accepted. Bevibe Bounce is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from: -Unauthorized or approved adult use. -Misuse of equipment. -Failure to follow safety guidelines. ANY DAMAGE CAUSED, INCLUDING: tears, stains, punctures, or structural damage — will result in full replacement cost plus applicable damage fees. We love a good vibe — just make sure it’s approved, safe, and contract-compliant!
Are the bounce houses available for photo shoots or mini sessions?

What ages can
use the bounce houses?
Our standard bounce houses are perfect for ages 2 and up. Adult supervision is required at all times.
Weather Policy &
Cancellations
We’re all about fun — but safety always comes first. Because inflatable equipment is weather-sensitive, the following policy applies: Unsafe Weather Conditions This includes, but is not limited to: rain, winds exceeding 15 mph, lightning, or severe storms. 1. Before Delivery/Setup Bevibe Bounce reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any booking due to unsafe weather conditions. In such cases, any amounts paid beyond the non-refundable deposit may be issued as a reschedule credit or refund, at our discretion and subject to availability. 2. After Delivery/Setup Once equipment has been delivered and set up, no refunds will be issued due to weather. Weather conditions that arise after setup become the responsibility of the renter, as outlined in the rental agreement. 3. During Your Event If weather conditions become unsafe: Use must stop immediately All participants must exit the equipment The renter must follow all safety procedures outlined in the agreement, including contacting Bevibe Bounce before taking any action The renter is responsible for monitoring weather conditions throughout the event and ensuring all safety rules are followed.
What if I need to cancel?
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY Your date is reserved exclusively for you — we’re committed to holding that space once booked. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Cancellations may be made at any time prior to delivery; however, deposits remain non-refundable under all circumstances. CANCELLATION TIMING: -Within 72 hours of delivery: All payments made may be retained. -More than 72 hours prior to delivery: Any amounts paid beyond the deposit may, at our discretion, be applied as a credit toward a future rental, subject to availability. RESCHEDULING: -Rescheduling requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability. FAILURE TO ACCOMMODATE DELIVERY: -Failure to be present at the scheduled delivery time or failure to provide proper access to the setup area will be treated as a cancellation, and no refunds will be issued. -Bevibe Bounce is not responsible for cancellations due to personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or weather-related decisions made by the renter. We’re committed to delivering a seamless, elevated experience — while prioritizing safety, clarity, and exceptional service every step of the way.
What if my event is indoors or at a venue?
No problem! Our modern bounce houses look stunning indoors. Just confirm ceiling height (at least 13 ft) and that the venue allows inflatables. Please also be aware of the following requirements: 1. A flat, clean, free of pet waste and any trash surface (grass, turf, or concrete). 2. Access to power within 50 feet (we will provide an extension cord). 3. Adult supervision at all times. 4. We will NOT set up on any gravel, rocks, brick, area(s) with pet waste and/or dirt surface.
Last Minute Bookings?
We do our best to accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible! Availability depends on our event schedule and delivery routes for the day, so we can’t guarantee openings. We highly recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and style. If you’re looking for a last-minute rental, please email us at info@bevibebounce.com we’ll gladly check if we can make it happen!
GENERAL RULES
Let’s set the vibe — happy faces only! Bounce House Rules: *No shoes, food, or drinks inside the bounce house. *No rough play, flips, or climbing on walls. *Absolutely no silly string, face paint, confetti, markers, crayons, or gender reveal bombs/sprays — these can permanently stain or damage the equipment. *The lessee is responsible for any damage, cleaning fees, or total loss resulting from misuse or prohibited items. *No sharp objects or pets allowed inside or around the inflatable. *Adult supervision is required at all times. Thank you for helping us keep the vibes high and every bounce house picture-perfect for the next celebration!
Do we Require a Deposit?
Yes! A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your rental date and applies toward your total rental fee. Bookings are first come, first served, and your reservation is confirmed once the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due 72 hours (3 days) prior to your event. After your inquiry is submitted, we’ll send an invoice, rental agreement, and deposit request if your date is available. If not, we’ll provide our next best available openings to help you secure your celebration!
Delivery/Pick up Set-up Fees?
We proudly serve Wylie, Sachse, Murphy, Lucas, Parker, and nearby DFW areas. If you’re outside our standard delivery zone we may still be able to accommodate your event for an additional travel fee based on distance and schedule. Delivery & Pick-up times?
Each rental includes up to 6 hours of bounce time (setup and takedown not included). Deliveries are made between 6 AM–12 PM, and pickups are between 8 PM–9 PM. If your event runs later than 8 p.m., a $60/hour late pickup fee applies. Need special timing? Are the bounce houses cleaned and sanitized?
Absolutely! Every bounce house unit is deep-cleaned and sanitized after each rental with child-safe disinfectants to ensure your guests enjoy a spotless setup.
